 Little & Company Realty is the culmination of over 20 years of experience here in Strafford County.  You could say that Real Estate runs in my blood.  My mother was a real estate agent, an avid remodeler and a decorator.  It's no wonder my Pinterest boards are bursting with so many beautiful projects! Along with family and partners, I operated a real estate business here in Barrington, NH from 1999 through 2014. Since then, I've never looked back.  I love everything about homes; buying them, the design, the smell of lumber, watching the walls come up or down and selling them.  I've assisted with short-sales, acquired grants for commercial residential projects and worked with municipalities to get project permits.  One of my favorite moments is helping first-time buyers find their first home and showing them how they might qualify for down-payment grants and tax credits that last as long as they own the home!
